More Information
Rehab JobFit is a market-leading partnership of The Rehab Group and Interserve with real aspirations
to grow its influence in the marketplace as new packages of work are let. JobFit is different
because our extensive experience in supporting a wide range of customers to realise their full
potential enables us to achieve a real step change in people’s lives and deliver a better future.
We will apply our experience to make sure that the difference is felt right from day one. We understand
that a one size fits all approach has been tried before and does not break through the cycles of benefit
and worklessness that we all recognise. Generating a sustainable work habit will transform the lives of
those who can successfully make the journey, and we intend to provide every support to making that
happen.
The Rehab Group and Interserve are delighted that their partnership, Rehab JobFit, has been awarded
preferred provider status to deliver the Work Programme. Rehab JobFit is a dynamic and fresh
partnership, combining expertise, enthusiasm and a broad range of skills that will ensure the successful
delivery of the Work Programme.
Rehab JobFit’s delivery of the Work Programme is a model resulting from extensive consultation with a
broad range of customers and welfare-to-work professionals across the UK. Our innovative model has
been developed to ensure we offer the best possible service to the long-term unemployed and is
focused on activity that is most likely to result in a positive outcome of sustainable employment.
With a diverse range of localised providers, Rehab JobFit will drive the success of the supply chain
through excellent performance and quality management, Rehab JobFit will work openly and
transparently with leading local stakeholders to get the best results for local people.
