Welcome to the Merlin web portal. This website allows organisations wishing to attain the Merlin Standard to find out more about the criteria requirements, and how to submit an application.

It also provides information about current prime contractors to the Department for Work & Pensions, and includes a facility through which providers can exchange information with other providers, whether you are a prime contractor seeking subcontractors, or a potential subcontractor seeking to engage prime contractors.

The options at the top of this page provide further information about the Merlin Standard itself, including the Mediation and Arbitration Service. You can also search details, by both organisation name and contract type, of organisations already registered on the portal by clicking the search options on the main navigation bar on the left.
